That's great information and I do really appreciate it. I wanted to go with Teamviewer simply because I can use the hosted setup to maintain my business customers workstation while they're out of the office. The pricing on teamviewer seems reasonable when you consider the pricing of other services like LogMeIn, but it is still a tad high in my opinion. I'm looking at techinline's website now and I don't see anything about unattended remote sessions. What sort of functions is teamviewer missing?
EDIT: I looked at techinline's pricing and I really don't like subscription based services. I prefer the flat fee of Teamviewer, even if it is a bit expensive, it'll save money in the long run.

I've experienced a lot with remote support tools and would definitely recommend using browser-based remote desktop apps. I made a little summary about remote desktop's defects based on my experience:

1)I used to work with Teamviewer but they have weird price policy marked by hiding prices. And free version has limited panel of functions needed in my work.
2)Logmein gained a great reputation but loses in price because not everybody can afford it. Logmein is the best one for professionals but they are cheaper options for home users.
3)VNC products are badly functioning with Windows 7 and Vista.

Techinline is the best alternative to all expensive products on the market,in my opinion. Necessary functions and lovely price.
I use it for working with clients remotely. I send clients to my website and they receive remote support session ID and pass trough the connection process directly on my website.
That makes all my work much easier.

You can check out my branded techinline support page:
http://ezsupport.biz/remote.html

Hope you'll find it helpful:)
